We offer affordable counselling and community groups for adults living in Malvern.

Our vision is to create a space where people in the community can feel safe, enjoy new hobbies and make new friends, but also access the counselling support in an informal space within the community.

We know how hard it can be to reach out for help — that’s why we’ve created a safe, friendly space where you’ll always be welcomed just as you are.

Why We Are Here

We are a not-for-profit CIC led by experienced Counsellors and community workers with many years of supporting people in Malvern.

Our vision is that everyone has the right to access support for their wellbeing and mental health within their local community and that barriers including money, race, disability, gender and ethnicity are removed. We want to ensure a fair and accessible service is available to ALL members of the local community.

If support is offered within a local community, potential clients are more likely to engage in the service. This results in a higher chance of more positive outcomes at the end of the support process.

Who We Can Support

We can offer support in the first instance to those living in the Malvern Town Council Area.

We can take Professional Referrals for those living outside of the Malvern Town Council Area and on a low income . So speak to your GP , Social prescribing team , visit the Help Centre at Malvern Town Football club on a Thursday 10-12 .
